after buying plan 3 I only have 2 seats

Can someone please help me understand why I’m seeing only 2 seats with my  Plan 3? Although I have bought Appsumo LTD plan 3, I just have 2 seats instead of the ones I have purchased: \u0022You\u0027ve reached the member limit 2 / 2.
