Q: Do you have or do you plan to have PDF support for having the chatbot learn about one or more PDF documents?
It would also be great if they could be grouped.

Yes, we are working on enabling context upload. I can't promise it will work exactly like you're suggesting, but it will help with your use case :)
We're tentatively looking at a late October release.
