Hi,\u000a\u000aI purchased 2 of the TIer 5 packages back in 2021.\u000a\u000aI am thinking about upgrading (one account) to Tier 6 (50,000), but here\u0027s what\u0027s holding me back:\u000a\u000a1. I don\u0027t use WooCommerce.\u000a2. I lose Event Based Segmentation.\u000a3. I lose API access. (REST \u0026 Ingest).\u000a4. I only gain 25,000 subscribers for a much LARGER fee than originally purchasing the Tier 5.\u000a\u000aWhy are we not allowed get Tier 6 and keep these features #2 and #3?\u000a\u000aI\u0027d love to send ya more money through this AS deal, but I don\u0027t see how it\u0027s a win for us early adopters (Tier 5 supporters). ???\u000a\u000aThanks

📢 Quick update for all 2021 buyers, to rectify/clarify/avoid any confusion:

If you upgrade to the 2025 plan in your AppSumo account and notice any missing feature (like HubSpot or other types of events), don’t worry — you still have access to the original 2021 limits. Just email us at support@encharge.io and we’ll restore them. This only effects who previously bought 2021 plans and upgraded now

That feature was unlocked in 2021 Tier 5 and is still available on your original account. We’ve kept that intact for all legacy users...\u0022 This contradicts reply to TMcD where it notes these would be lost.

Unfortunately there is no reason for me to upgrade. It feels like deep consideration of Tier 5 owners upgrading to Tier 6 and $upporting this campaign was not balanced, but at the expense of us downgrading our feature set.

I'd love to purchase a 50K upgraded Tier 6 account, but not at the cost of losing my feature set.
(I don't need a brand new 50K account.) :)
