Enterprise is not a tier of the product.

Enterprise is a service agreement, where apart from the SAME Team-GPT software that you get, they also get a dedicated team of developers, who work for this client for a number of years.

In the specific case that you have pointed out, we work for multiple months to create a RAG system for these clients that works with their specific documents.

The "not a tier" explanation sounds good, until you see that you cannot access certain features on the platform without it. Features that we were told we would be included in. Like the other AI platforms.

The other AI platforms are not available for anyone. As soon as they are, you'll get them.

Why don't you believe us?

It says "Enterprise" next to each AI option... indicating that it is in fact available, and I just cannot use it because I do not have Enterprise.

Then, someone on your team comes and says we are on the highest tier, not that the other API's are not available.

Then you come on and say that there is no Enterprise tier despite it being on the website...

If you host your models on your servers and you pay our engineers to integrate them, you will have access to your custom models inside Team-GPT.
