Q: Why does my account no longer work, and only provide me with errors about upgrading, but not show any options?
I have asked about this before, and nothing has been cleared up with AS deal license holders. What is going on? Why does my account no longer work?
The only response it gives us is below; the key in place was functional, and we even added a new one to be sure. Nothing makes it work again, and we have now lost an entire weekend of work due to it.
