Simple Project Management Tool
My client needed a solution for project management. They had used Monday and clickup but those tools were just too advanced with too many templates; it was so confusing.

Lots of potential
I have been using Teamcamp for a few weeks now, and I'm loving the tool so far. There were a few minor hiccups along the way, but Sanjay and the team were always super helpful and quick to provide updates.
I'm not giving Teamcamp five stars (or tacos) yet, because I'm still missing some features I was used to over at Monday.com. Things like calendar sync, custom fields, saving templates (straight inside a project), automations and more integrations.
But I have no doubt Sanjay and the team are busy behind the scenes, adding more features by the minute.

Not as expected
It has been 22 days since my purchase, and I am still struggling to use the tool. Unfortunately, I have not been able to invite clients.
Client Portal: Initially, there was no client portal available. After multiple support requests and weeks of waiting, they finally provided a workaround and recently released a fix. It's working now.
Support: The support response time is extremely slow. Both my team and I had to contact them multiple times to resolve a single issue.
LTD Plan: Despite being advertised as a lifetime deal, our account has an expiration date set to 10 years.

So far not so good
I bought a licence a few days ago.
Ever since: bugs creating a customer (having to delete and re-create him), bugs when I set tasks... This platform is unusable as of now.
Contacted support but don't seem to fully know what it going on, asking me to do various tests...
Losing my time so far. I will be happy to review my point if support comes back to me quickly and with a (real) solution.

Once you have added a client as a member, it is necessary to also add them to the project. This allows for complete control over their access. If the same client has multiple members and projects, you can add specific members to specific projects.
