-Are there any plans to add CSV, Excel or Google Sheets as part of the knowledge base?

-Can the agents be trained all at once (with a brief synopsis on the business), or do they need to be trained individually?

A: 1. There aren’t plans to add them as a separate option, since you can already upload these files directly from the chat.
2. Each agent needs to be trained individually because they have different functions and roles. However, you can set up workspace or brand settings once, which will apply across agents.
