Hello, team. I have begun testing the platform through a free trial and have two questions:
1) There is no option for exporting chats. I'm not sure if this is included in the free trial, but when we click on the three dots for each chat, I only have the options to rename, delete, and pin. Does the platform already have this feature, or do you intend to add it soon?
2) Agents do not have access to other chats, including their own. As a result, each chat is isolated, making effective collaboration difficult. Have you considered adding this feature to the platform for one-on-one or group chat with agents?
