Q: Any updates or still pending??

On the verge of dropping this tool as the agents can’t communicate with each other and I’ve only able to have one brand even at tier 3. Any update on workflows? Don’t want to refund but

A: This feature is still under active development, and I really appreciate your patience while we work on it. I know how important it is for agents to communicate and to have support for multiple brands, especially at Tier 3.

While I don’t have an exact release date for workflows just yet, I’ll make sure to keep you posted as soon as there’s an update.
