Is there a way to customise base knowledge in the form of working memory so the entire team improves and updates "each other" as if it's a human working organisation?

The idea is to be able to talk to a group and get them to of course do their own individual tasks but also at the same time they're able to communicate with each other if necessary to perform a certain task stack.
