Yes, you can import knowledge directly from a PDF.
3. Do these LTDs integrate with and automate Telegram? If so, how many?
No, Telegram integration and automation are not included.
4. Can I publish a form (to be filled by contacts) and convert that form into a PDF?
No, that feature is not available.
5. Is there vision capability to extract items from PDFs, images, etc.?
[UPDATE] Yes, that’s possible. You can upload your PDF or image files directly within the chat with the agent. Just make sure the Document Reader v2 skill is enabled, it uses OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to read and extract items from your files accurately.
