Q: Integration with Outlook?
Hi,
Teampal looks interesting. Thanks for bringing it to AppSumo.
The problem I always run into with Agent-based software is keeping their knowledge repo up to date and getting the agent to operate on the specific data I need it to. With that in mind:
1. Is it possible to give an Agent access to my MS Outlook inbox and calendar?
2. What are the ways I can provide knowledge to my agents? Is it just via uploaded documents? Or can they access APIs?

Currently, agents do not have access to calendars or any software through API. You will need to manually upload documents and knowledge for them
