Q: Is it possible to upgrade credits?
We need mor than 20k credits, even if it's just for one team. It should ideally be 50k or 100k. Also, you mentioned that you are building a multi-agent system. How is it possible to survive with only 20k?

Jun 16, 2025A: At the moment, the only way to access more than 20,000 credits is by upgrading your account to a higher tier. The current tier comes with a fixed credit limit, so if your team requires 50,000 or even 100,000 credits, an upgrade would be the best option to support that level of usage. We completely understand that when building a multi-agent system, 20,000 credits may not be sufficient.
Regarding your question about BYOK (Bring Your Own Key), I’m afraid we do not offer this feature. This is due to internal cost considerations and business constraints. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
