Q: Q&A, Agentic Agents, Ai Flow, Integrations, Removal of Branding
Hi Jeff,
I'm trying the product and overall I like, the agents seem to be reasonably accurate so far on the training materials I've added. Could you help with these questions please:
1)To amend incorrect answers to questions on the chat - will you be adding Q&A pairings inside the knowledge base?
2)Is there/will there be any feature where agents can talk to one another? Is that included on this deal?
3)What will we be able to do with Ai workflows - will we be able to draft blog posts, add social media posts, create videos etc?
4)What integrations have you planned in the future, will any of these be happening:
a)Social media for posting?
b)WhatsApp to send/respond to messages?
c)Zapier?
5)The bold 'powered by TeamPal.ai may be a dealbreaker - would you consider:
a)Adding Tier 4 with this removed?
b)An in app upgrade?

This is not available yet. I’ll raise it with our business analyst team to consider adding it.
3. AI workflows
Workflows are planned for September. At this stage we cannot confirm whether they will fully cover all the use cases you mentioned (blog, social posts, videos), but we’ll share details once available.
4. Integrations
a) Social media posting – not available yet.
b) WhatsApp – not available yet.
c) Zapier – can be connected via MCP server.
5. Branding
Currently the “Powered by TeamPal.ai” remains visible. We’ll review options for in-app upgrades or higher tiers to address this in the future
