3. Red flag detection: Agents can help highlight potential concerns if you prompt them with the right details. While they don’t scan or flag applications on their own, they can support you in identifying red flags based on what you share.
4. Market data integration: At the moment, TeamPal doesn’t integrate directly with platforms like Zillow or Rent.com for live market data. The MCP server allows tool integration, but real-time rent pricing features aren’t available just yet.
