Q: Software Clarification Questions

Hello Support Team,

1.) Great product! With the option to have unlimited total agents, are there plans on your roadmap to have unlimited workspaces? If so, when will this feature be available for use?

2.) What is the difference between total agents and total published agents?

3.) How do you determine which language model is used to complete each task?

4.) Do you have an agency plan or have plans for an agency plan on your roadmap?

5.) Can your AI agents provide instructions and work together to complete tasks with other AI agents using different softwares?

6.) Do I have to provide the AI agents prompts to complete tasks or is it included in the AI agents knowledge base?

7.) Can we train our AI agents using videos and URLS?

A: 1.) Unlimited Workspaces
Thanks for the kind words. At the moment, we don’t have any official plans for unlimited workspaces. However, you can consider upgrading to Tier 3, which gives you more flexibility. If you find that it’s still not enough in the future, feel free to reach out again.

2.) Total Agents vs Published Agents
Total agents refers to how many agents you can create. Published agents are the ones you can share publicly with others.

3.) Choosing the Right Language Model
This depends on your own experience and preferences. You might want to check out reviews or comparisons on YouTube or tech forums. For example, Grok is great for coding, while Claude is often used for content writing.

4.) Agency Plan
There isn’t an agency plan available at the moment. You can vote for this feature on our roadmap to show your interest.

5.) Agents Collaborating Across Software
This feature is not available at the moment. We’ll keep exploring possibilities for future updates.

6.) Providing Prompts
Yes, you’ll need to provide prompts. Although we offer some suggestions to help, writing an accurate and detailed prompt is key. You can check out some use case videos on Teampal’s YouTube channel for ideas.

7.) Training Agents with Videos and URLs
If you mean providing a link to a video or a URL and asking the agent to learn from it, yes that’s possible. But you’ll still need to create a clear and structured prompt to guide the process.
