Q: Tier3 - Multi‑workspace Coming Soon?

I’m already on Tier 2 and considering upgrading to Tier 3 to unlock unlimited agents, since my UX team has already hit the limits. Before I make the move, I have one big question:
Will Tier 3 also give me more workspaces for different brands, and if so, how many?

I’d also like to see more focus on automation and webhook support. From what I can tell, this hasn’t been prioritised in the current roadmap.
It would be great to have the ability to create flow, similar to n8n, but driven by prompts.

One more suggestion: in group chats, it would be helpful to clearly show which Agent is responding. Please consider implementing this.
