My question ist this possible:
1. Can I set my own questions. Is it possible to set the questions: only text, only voice message, only videos (and voice) message?
2. Is it possible to make a timelimit (for example 2 hours)
3. Is it possible to get one registration link where the users can get access. with this acces they have just one try (and 2 hours).
4. As I said would I use it not for future employees i would use it as a test software, where the people can use it freely (anytime) when they want to test.

Yes surely, you can do this by using the Create company test feature where you can create your own assessment and include content that is specific to your company.

Yes we can surely do this for you. We already have a time limit option which you can select from a drop-down list. The inclusion of 2 hours time limit can be added for the questions.

Yes, once you register on our platform and create your workspace, you can send out individual test invites to users or you can use the bulk upload option to send the test invite to many users at one go. We can set the time limit as 2 hours for them to complete the test, post which users will not be able to attempt the test again.

This sounds awesome. Yes T4 would be the right option I think so too. I have one more questions. With video / voice message I did not meant the question i meant the answer. For example:
Question: Describe what you would do in the case of X.
Answer: The option to send a video (or a voice message) (perhaps with the option of a time limit?)

So good to hear back from you! Yes, we do have the option where a user can reply to a question in text or video format within a specified time limit.
This is the 'custom question' feature, where you can ask questions of your choice to elicit answers from users in text or video format. You can also set the time limit for each question asked by selecting the time from the drop-down list given.
