I purchased this LTD on 10/9/23 and today, 10/10/23, I had an onboarding call with two amazing Testlify Team Members -- Narendra and Pradeep. Talk about above and beyond!
Here's my use case. I am a leadership author, trainer, consultant and want to use this to build and host my proprietary leadership assessment. During this walkthrough I see it as feasible.
I tested the platform using one of Testlify's existing assessments (yes, they have several you can use). The essentials for my use case are there (platform for people to complete assessments; instant email delivery of pdf reports with assessment results to assessment taker, admin, etc.; and notification that the person completed the assessment.
You can invite people through the platform manually as an individual or using a CSV file. This generates unique links that cannot be shared. This is how I currently deliver the assessments I use in my consultancy (DISC, Emotional Intelligence, 360 Assessments, etc.)
You can also share a public link, where anyone with the link can access the assessment. This would be a great lead gen tool.
There are some things that can be improved in platform for my use case, as the platform is designed for hiring not leadership development. However, the Testlify Team is extremely helpful and responsive and genuinely request feedback. They not only respond to emails, but they offer their time to walk you through the platform. I can't wait to see the possibilities.
Also, I see so much potential in this platform, and they are continuing to build and refine as they go.

We've been using Vervoe for sometime with much feature restrictions and anti-cheating not being at par in our Vervoe LTD. Though Vervoe is good too but here at AppSumo, this is the best assessment platform with loads of features. I know this because I use assessment platforms on daily basis.
Other assessment platforms on the market don't have a fair pricing. I have been happy with Testlify with its anti-cheating methods that makes the test more real and valid along with the API access and webhook feature which no LTD assessment platform provides.
The team, Abhishek, Anuraag has always been prompt and have taken feedbacks positively. Their customer support is great, a stable product. The product won't be going anywhere like other apps. It does best for our needs; thanks to their team for implementing to our requirement and taking feedbacks positively always.
Though at times, the app might not work at first when we started but not it works well and we hopefully be going crazy with it. Just don't understand why so less reviews for a top-notch unrated product like Testlify.
It would have been awesome if they could have given a custom branding as an LTD addon too.
We just tried the platform with our developers and used React Developer template. Unfortunately, many questions made no sense. Others looked broken, some didn't even have a question, just an example.
The user left the full-screen, but it was not detected by the platform.
When picking a template, it's not possible (or we didn't find a way) to see all the questions to hopefully remove the ones that made no sense.
invited candidates to the platform and most had major issues, lost some candidates due to the poor experience, those who did complete their scores were confusing and misleading. Not a good option.
I purchased the product in December, when they had a more generous price plan that said if purchased a certain amount of stacks you get unlimited candidates.
They have now turned around and stipulated that they have a fair use policy of 10,000 and then you are charged "$1 per additional candidate who has completed an assessment."
I use a testing platform, which although has a yearly subscription enables us to have unlimited candidates.
The idea of this tool was the possbility of allowing us to streamline all our different tests and tools that we use into one. As at the moment for technology we use one platform and for all other testing around numercy, personality and appitude we use another platform.
So far the feedback on the tool from the team has been postive... We did retain our technology testing platform as our CIO at the time felt that it looked more professional for the user. I am waiting to see how this tool develops as our focus as a company is to reduce our technology tool stack and simplfy.
I will not be upgrading my taco's unless the original pricing of unlimted candidates is honoured as 10,000 is not unlimited.
