Q: Clarity of tiers
Hi,
It's unclear to me what features are/aren't included across tiers. Your listing says:
'Features included in all plans:
Unlimited monitors (websites, servers, keywords)
Unlimited integrations (all current and future)
Unlimited status pages
SSL checks'
But then under Tier 5 it says:
'40 seats
40 domains SSL checks
20 domain threat(s)
20 domain(s) email spam score'
... it's unclear what some of these are (domain threat?!?) and also '40 domains SSL checks' seems directly to contradict the 'SSL checks' that are 'included in all plans'? Are they are aren't they?
I guess ultimately, I'd be very interested in buying any tier if I didn't feel like I'd be able to use some features on some domains, but would run out on others. And it's all very unclear. Would need a truly unlimited option even if expensive, or will just worry...

Thanks for your question.
1) SSL checks are included in all plans but the NUMBER of domains you can check on each plan varies.
2) Domain threats - please see https://tethered.app/threat-detection
3) We dont yet have a fully unlimited plan - the reason for this is there are certain features (like domain threat detection, email span score, SMS, calls) that are costly on our side. But to be honest, the highest tier should really suffice, even for web hosting companies. Those limits are monthly and the chances of you going through all of them and reaching the limit is very slim.
ceebee1983PLUSSorry Nick but that’s still not really clear. How many is it then? (SSL in particular?) You still don’t say anywhere.
And again on point three… again, fine, but I still need to know what to expect? And don’t at all from the info given…

... do does that mean that... I can check 40 of them? And as such, I could hypothetically have 47 domains in being monitored for downtime... but then have to remember which seven of them I've decided not to put SSL checks on because I've run out?
