Q: Is there a way to contact support?

I've been using tethered.app for several months with no problems. Today I'm getting a false-positive (or maybe that should be false-negative?). I have a 'Keyword Watcher' monitor that's been working fine for months but is now telling me "Keyword has not appeared!" even though the page being monitored loads instantly and the keyword is clearly visible.

We're looking into the keyword monitor issue now and will revert.

All seems in order with the keyword monitor. Can you please provide your monitor ID so we can investigate your monitor more comprehensively.

Hi, thanks, what is a working support email?
I have a few monitors with "Historical data not available." and all sites at 100% when some have been off various times. I also requested for the possibilitiy of a "negation" check instead. This is... SSH "not opened" would be ok, the opposite a fail.
