One hour limit, I get the idea to make people buy more but it is so obvious. Why even offer one hour...
It has many features, which are good but also make learning a bit more time-consuming. If I want to do a 1:1 private coaching session, how will I set that up step by step? So nobody has access to recordings either. And how do I invite the client so the link won't spread to others.

Thanks for the questions! We really appreciate the feedback.
In regard to tier 1, many users get great value out of the 1-hour event length package - being able to hold as many 1 hour events as they want per month has been appreciated by our users. To be clear, you're not limited to just 1 hour of events per month - you can hold as many 1 hour events as you'd like, limited only by your number of ticket credits.
For the coaching setup, I would suggest you create a Quick Meeting for you and your client. First, go to the Tevent homepage (Dashboard). On the left side of the page, select 'New Meeting, fill in your description, set the Date and Time, and invite your clients - viola, you'll both receive an invite email! Only people privy to the call will be able to view any recorded content (please let me know if you need a hand with accessing the recordings!).
