Regarding your Cons:

1-on-1 Call Lag - This is something we thought we'd fixed after heavy testing pre-launch, but thanks for highlighting it to us. Could you please provide us with more information (eg. A video or screenshot showing your browser's console) so we can help to get this fixed for you? The best way to do this is via our chat support on the lower-right corner of the Tevent app or website.

Mobile compatibility - This is currently being developed and will be available by the end of 2022. We've got a big update coming on the Appsumo deal page (later this week), which will provide more roadmap details and a preview of the mobile app.
