My biggest gripe is that tutorial videos are subpar, it's most likely taking more of their support team's time as well because they've not spent enough time going through showcasing the functionality of the tool in detail.

Example - I want to run a recipe with GSheets as source, run automation task, then push data to Gsheet - there isn't a complete/easy tutorial to follow through these. Theres so many options and variables in the recipe tool that its confusing.

If they could only create in-depth video tutorials of their own platform - a lot of people would be jumping on the platform.
