Initially i thought Texta suddenly stopped working due to some temporary error. But quite strange to see this that A tool which growing fast, suddenly collapsed with no support emails. Whenever i am trying to generate content, its landing us to Upgrade it despite of Lifetime. Tried contacting the support@texta.ai , even drop a text in the chat but no response.

I request the team behind Texta.ai to get the resolution done at the earliest of all our fellow here.

I purchased Texta a year ago but why texts is not generating content? Who will be responsible to provide the service which we purchased. No one is answering on emails.

Stoped Providing Services to AppSumo Users

Texta stopped providing services to lifetime users after some time. Now they are not responding and AppSumo has also excused that they can not do anything. Appsumo is trying to create some mechanism that if any tool stops completing their agreement then AppSumo May take them to court. Now every partner has taken ther benefit by selling lifetime deal but just the users are in loss and no one gave compensation to the users. I have stopped using AppSumo due to Texta and Brave lifetime Hosting. We can do nothing if they stop providing services.

Do you have customer service with a valid email, chat or phone. I am using texta but i cant ask any questions. its a good tool but if i have error i need someone to talk to.

Immediate problems with redeeming the code after purchase which apparently is a common problem. Contacted Texta support a couple of times but heard absolutely nothing back so have asked for a refund. Looked promising... yet proved anything but effortless. Disappointing waste of time and money.
