Stoped Providing Services to AppSumo Users Texta stopped providing services to lifetime users after some time. Now they are not responding and AppSumo has also excused that they can not do anything. Appsumo is trying to create some mechanism that if any tool stops completing their agreement then AppSumo May take them to court. Now every partner has taken ther benefit by selling lifetime deal but just the users are in loss and no one gave compensation to the users. I have stopped using AppSumo due to Texta and Brave lifetime Hosting. We can do nothing if they stop providing services.
Do you have customer service with a valid email, chat or phone. I am using texta but i cant ask any questions. its a good tool but if i have error i need someone to talk to.
Immediate problems with redeeming the code after purchase which apparently is a common problem. Contacted Texta support a couple of times but heard absolutely nothing back so have asked for a refund. Looked promising... yet proved anything but effortless. Disappointing waste of time and money.
I like to write, what I'm looking for is automatic posting on my blog. The boring part is posting, going into WP to create a new post, selecting an image, formatting... that takes time. Does this tool do that? Does the automatic posting process work with my text?
