If i buy a code from Appsumo can two friends use it ? Because you said that each code + 2 user
q2. If i buy 1 code from Appsumo then can i make a team under my user seat ?

To answer your question. Unfortunately, your friends can't use it. However, you can buy a code, create a team and invite your friends.
