What exactly does "UP TO" mean? 1, 25, 100, 150, 450 articles? It's like when you look at sales racks and the sign states "UP TO 80% OFF" and everything is 5% off except 1 item.

Please clarify what exactly 1000 credits are worth...."UP TO" is too vague and sounds like a sales pitch.
