I purchased a lifetime plan for Texta, but the tool is no longer generating any content and keeps redirecting me to upgrade. I have reached out multiple times via email (arman@texta.ai, hello@texta.ai, support@texta.ai) and through the chat, but haven’t received any response.

This lack of support is highly disappointing and raises serious concerns. I kindly request immediate resolution or a clear update on the status of the service, or a refund of our amount.
