Q: Why Texta is not working for AppSumo Purchasers.

I purchased Texta a year ago but why texts is not generating content? Who will be responsible to provide the service which we purchased. No one is answering on emails.

What happened was that I received several emails from AppSumo, saying that they would contact me and resolve the issue, but they never did, even though I sent several emails to hello@texta.ai. Anyway, this week another offer limited ODIO.AI from UNLIMITED to 100,000 characters, which is regrettable. No response from AppSumo either.
