Unfortunately, I can only review TEXTA.AI negatively for this offer on AppSumo.

I tried it in August with a monthly subscription and it worked well.

Encouraged by this, I then decided to purchase the app on AppSumo since there were no incompatibility constraints.

Everything seemed okay at first, so much so that I also purchased the second tier for the language package. It's too bad that after a few days it started to fail, to me as well as to many other users, as you can read here and in the comments of many reviews on YouTube!

Poor and repetitive content, poor output quality. It also happened one day when I tried to write a long-form article on "wound care" and TEXTA.AI wrote about "market exchange"! Not the typical "derailment" that can be seen in all of these AI writing tools (I've tried a dozen of them in the last month!) when pushed to write long-form articles of 2000-3000 words.But it was a real mishmash of meaningless and completely off-topic content!

Not to mention that a few days ago I got an email from TEXTA.AI in which they warned me that my monthly subscription would be renewed in a few days!
But what?

I had purchased the app on AppSumo and they are asking for more money without realising (I hope in good faith!) that I was an LTD user.

I immediately informed AppSumo customer service, who could only admit how objective my inconvenience was. I immediately requested a refund of the 2 tiers, thanks to them.

And shall we also mention the fact that TEXTA.AI's customer service is dead? Go look at the responses here on AppSumo—are there any?

I have written several times to them directly using the app's internal chat, but have never received a response. Never!

I consider this to be the worst thing a customer service that calls itself out can do! Ever!

Finally, I'm curious what benefit AppSumo derives from allowing apps like this to continue selling on its store.
