I had a lot of hope for this product. It's super sexy as it created articles fast, including pictures it gets from Google images (but most I didn't use because they actually came from other websites and I doubt there is actually permission to use), and videos from YouTube. I had great hopes. But there isn't a way to download your articles.

On my end, I had a download button for two articles, and that was it. After that it disappeared. So I can create articles but I cannot retrieve them to use on my own website. It looks like the thousands of articles people are creating are only going to improve the SEO of Texta, not to actually help their customers.

I reached out to their chat, their email, and I even looped Appsumo support in. But....crickets.

I had put a note in my calendar to refund, but sadly, this is my busiest time of year, and that date came and went two days ago.

So now I'm stuck with a program I cannot use, with non-existent support.

I cannot believe that this app is still live on Appsumo when there is absolutely no one to help, and additionally, it's not usable.

I have been with Appsumo since they were small, when they curated the programs they offered.

How I long for those days again.
