Really glad the AI Readiness report caught the JS-rendered table of contents issue, that's exactly the kind of blind spot it's designed to surface.
The project layer idea (grouping analyses for a single page) is a good one. Navigation improvements are on my list, and this kind of structure would help a lot with workflow. Noted.
