8 months in and nothing but issues.

1. app installs issues. gets stuff at downloading
2. login and reset issues. we cant get the reset email to go through
3. sending out text messages when we finally did get the app installed and phones configured
4. out of VERIFIED active 26k contacts we had 50% failed to delivery, and 18-20 replies which means either we are blocked by carrier or textlink is glitching
5. we sent multiple emails and only 5th email got a reply and they requested screen recordings of something we can show
6. we dont see sms message count resetting each month which is concerning because this should be a lifetime deal with X amount of messages each month for life!

Textlink is a super useful tool for me even though I don't run "bulk" sms campaigns. I use it daily, and it hasn't let me down at all.
My use case is to send individual text messages to guests in an airbnb context, before, during and after their stay. I create the guest as a contact and use the chat function, so it means I can have a template (outside of Textlink) to copy and paste for sending to the guest.
Next step will be to try out the API so some of these steps can be automated.
Also, I haven't used a separate phone. Not sure why one is needed or suggested. It's worked fine just using my own android phone.

I've used text marketing for years. Paying as much as $2500 a month to other programs. I purchased a Walmart phone, $25 a month Boost unlimited plan and Textlink 5 tier plan and now rocking.
Support is awesome. I had a few issues and got them turned around quickly. If this comes around again GRAB IT!

The run of show is intuitive and clean. I ran into my first pain point because I only uploaded 3 or 4 contacts to test the features. I did not want to throw my whole contact list at them without knowing if it worked. The problem was when I attempted to add the remaining numbers in my contact list to the previous 3 or 4. It is not yet possible.

A simple email and the team responded saying that they are working on it. I can rock with that.
