Q: There is an error when I try to get help while I am logged into my account.
How do we redeem our codes? I have gone to Acct/Sub/Sub and don't see anything besides the Start status as my subscription.
Please advise where to add more appsumo codes

I can't get help anywhere but here and I have no idea if anyone is watching to support users here. I can't use the app. Can't seem to add codes, can't add project and I bought 3 codes.

5 days later I had the same issues... I tried two browsers, first two times gave login errors, then I managed to get in, but there is no: "profile icon in the lower left-hand corner, then select "My account" → "Subscriptions" → "Subscriptions.""
