Hello alamehor,
Yes, for US and Canada, it will cost 1 Credit to send 1 SMS within US & Canada.
Our international texting tariff varies based on the country. You can find the relevant tariff information using this link: https://textnock.com/international-texting-tariff.
Hope I was able to clear things up for you.
Thanks
Mizra, for the sake of the sumo-deal (since this is what we're purchasing here) - could you make your terms on texting a bit more clearer here, instead of redirecting us to a page?
Even if we were told its 1 credit for in-country texts, 2 credits for out of country texts, that would go over a lot better than the chart you've linked.

Hello alamehor,
Thank you for your objective opinion.
Based on the feedback we have received over the past 2 days, we have taken the initiative to revise our tariff structure and made it simpler and significantly more cost-effective.
Please check out our new tariff to send 1 SMS are as follows:
1) US/Canada to US/Canada (Local Number) – 1 Credit
2) Other Domestic texting using Local Number - “4 Credit” per SMS flat:
- UK to UK = 4 Credit
- Australia to Australia = 4 Credit
- Brazil to Brazil = 4 Credit
- Poland to Poland = 4 Credit
3) International Texting - “6 Credit” per SMS flat:
- Country A to Other Country (Local & Alphanumeric ID) = 6 Credit
(e.g. US to France, US to UK, Germany to Bangladesh, etc.)
- Non-Local Number Country X to Non-Local Number Country X (Alphanumeric ID) = 6 Credit
(e.g. Germany to Germany, Bangladesh to Bangladesh, etc.)
- Global Outbound Campaign (Alphanumeric ID) = 6 Credit
Hope our new tariff structure inspires you to take Textnock out for a spin.
Thanks
