Q: Hello, I just purchased 3 codes and trying to see if this is working.

I am based at US sending text to US numbers however, I am being charged 6 credits per test which is international rate. Am I doing something wrong?

No Support , I purchased 6 codes after 30 days, but didn't see credits recover, and they didn't reply any E-mail , I consider refund before 60th day
I cannot get a US number upon sign up. I tried contacting support several times but no reply. Even the contact page in their website goes all white when I click Submit. What's happening to Textnock?
