I ask because unlike some other SaaS where they have control over their own costs, you work with a third-party provider for texts...meaning built-in, unavoidable recurring costs for you. I'm interested, but want to make sure I'm not out my $$$ if things go south in a year or so.

Roadmap shows they began website design/development in Feb. of this year & a cached version of their site from April (nothing I can find exists before that) includes the line "We started our journey in 2020..."

We are a fairly new startup and were founded in January 2020. Although we have not been around for long, we have accomplished quite a lot and got approved in AppSumo.
