Q: I bought and redeemed on 21, Aug, and I used all of credit right away.
Today is 24, Sep, my credit has not reset. It should be reset once a month since it is LTD.
And also, I can not see the redeemed history on Textnock's website, which makes me feel not safe.
Does anyone have the same problem? I sent email to ask their support team 2 days ago, but no reply so far.
Or should I just refund before it is too late?
Could Appsumo ask the founder instead all your buyer may ask for refund?
Does anyone find your credit reset successfully?
