Q: I just need clarification on a few items: I am correct that we are not able to have people opt-in for ...

receiving messages from us and submit their number during the process.

Is it true that any message we send USA/CA to USA/CA would not be compliant to US laws regarding sending bulk texts?

I am I to understand that unused credits do not roll over so we are purchasing now and losing those credits till the time that you fix these 2 problems(Hopefully in the very near future).

Very interested in your service but these items seem to be big deal killers for anyone trying to be 100 percent compliant in the USA.

Hello talentino,

Thank you for your questions and please accept our sincerest apologies for the delayed response.

Really glad to hear that you are interested in using Textnock.

1. Yes, you are correct. At present, Textnock does not support the opt-in feature that would allow users to submit their numbers.

2. Again, it is very true. Textnock severly lacks feature(s), most notably to allow recipients to Opt-out of receiving SMS in future, to ensure that our platform is fully regulation compliant.
We have received some fantastic and constructive pointers from Sumo-lings that was at the very least educational and we have incorporated those inputs to make regulation compliance a top priority for Textnock.

3. Yes, you are right again. Unused or leftover credits does not get rolled over to the next month. Unfortunately, allowing rollover credits has serious financial consequences for a startup like us specially when this offer is for lifetime. We have thought about this internally at great length and decided it was more important to ensure we continue to serve our customer for the foreseeable future for this lifetime deal to be fruitful for everyone concerned.

Hope I was able to clear things up for you and that you continue to be interested in Textnock.

Thanks

Hi Mirza,

What general timeframe are you aiming to have regulation compliance added?

Thanks,
Bethany
