1. If I have a page that's translated, will I "pay" credits for every times it's visited? Or do I only pay for the translation once?
2. If I edit that same page, will it count the whole page towards the quota, or only the words/terms that was changed?
3. I'm only using Wordpress sites, is it possible to save the translation locally on the site as well?
4. I guess I can go in and adjust the translation if it's grammatically wrong etc?

1. Translating a page will consume words from your account's word allowance.
2. Only words, not the whole page
3. The translations are stored on Text United and using the Wordpress plugin you are able to connect your Wordpress Website with Text United.
4. Yes, you can edit the translations anytime using the Overlay Editor.

I'm sorry but I still didn't get an answer on the most important part of my questions.
So I'll try to be more specific.
When page has been translated, will it load from a cache and NOT count towards my word quota. Or will it count towards my quota every time the page is visited?
Example: Page have 100 words that's been translated, if visited 10 times from unique visitors, will it still count as 100 words translated that month, or will it count as 1000 words? (10x100 = 1000)

You only need to translate your WP site once, it does not matter how many users and how many times they visit it.
The word quota is only calculated when you add pages for translation using the plugin, it's not related to how many visitors are viewing the translated pages.
Concerning your answer for (3): Does that suggest the WordPress Plugin doesn't store the translations in the WordPress DB, but rather loads them from your server on every request? I was under the impression that the WordPress translation is more persistent and actually rendered in the page instead of being only the JavaScript replacement version? Specially for SEO!?
