Q: Hi, Is this a suitable replacement for WPML?
So, for example, could we use this to create additional translated pages in various languages on our WordPress websites for clients?

You can translate only existing content (pages or posts for example) into any language(s) you choose.
You can install the plugin on any WordPress website but you will need to have access to the WordPress installation and rights to install plugins.
