Q: Purchase for someone else
Hello,
I already have a Bolt account and would like to purchase this package for my brother.
I'm using the same email for AppSumo and Bolt, so will there be any issue when he is activating in his own name, or will it be asking for my email address?
I don't want my account connect to his, this is a gift to him.

Dec 4, 2025A: Hi, what a nice gift! You can use your same AppSumo email to buy the bundle with no issue at all. The important part is that when your brother redeems Bolt, he’ll need to sign up with his own email address (not the one linked to your existing Bolt account). As long as he does that, the two accounts will stay completely separate with no crossover.
