They just charged me $19, and I still don't have access after 2 months and 10 messages...
I attempted to reach out to customer service, but their response was simply, "Read this... okay, now read this..." I just want to access my purchase. Please understand, I rarely leave negative feedback, but this time you’ve essentially taken $19 from me. It’s been two months, and I still have no access to my tier 2 purchase...
