Q: You say "turns your audio into an eBook with just one click", but I see that I must enter the transcript (text) in your app, not the audio.

Do I have to use another software (e.g. descript) to transcript my audio to text first?

A: Yes, for now, but we are adding direct audio input. We already have it built but we are putting together the front end of that feature. Should be live within 2 weeks. In the meantime, descript does have a free version that works well. We even link to it on the site for now.

Let me know if you have any more Qs and I will A them.

Also, on the "About" page you can see our roadmap detailing feature rollour.

Thanks, this helps.
The thing with the free plan of Descript is that the limit is too low even for your lower tier. If your audio to text feature works as Descript, then this deal will be a very complete solution.
Thanks again.

Hi. Was direct audio input added? No need for Descript anymore?

Where can I find that option? I only see the option to upload an audio file.

Oh. When you say "direct audio input" you mean talking into a microphone. I misunderstood.

To clarify, previously we suggested using descript to transcribe audio but now when you upload an audio file to our system, our system will transcribe.

You cannot speak directly to the system unless you use your device's speech-to-text option which most devices have. In the future we will be adding selecting it as a feature in our software.
