I created a free account to test it out and it has a very simple UI which I like but also really basic. Maybe too basic I didn\u0027t see a way to forward messages to an email address, is there? There doesn\u0027t appear to be a way to respond to user\u0027s in Thinkstack either meaning I would have to download the convo, upload it to my email platform and then copy and paste their email address into a new message to reply? That can\u0027t be right. What am I missing?

We are working on this requirement and will have it available in the next two weeks. You will see options next to each conversation to either forward the conversation to your mail id or open your local mail client with the conversation embedded in the body.
