Thank you for the answer. Tried and yes you can add the code ! But, I didn't see how to sync it with the orders (cause I can't replace the classic Shopify Chatbot if I can't provide order info to my customers). Any possibility?
PS: I tried training the chatbot to invite customers to look to a specific page to get info about their order but it didn't work either)

I also, for no more than 1s, see Shopify icone as an integration in the "integration" section, but it disappears right after the initial 1s 🤔
