Q: Different Brands and Companies
Hi,
So far, I’m loving everything about Thoughtly! I have a question: We currently own and operate four established businesses in the U.S., all structured as C Corporations. Each business has its own EIN, tax returns, company name, domain, and website, and all have been running successfully for several years.
If I want to implement Thoughtly for all four businesses—each with completely separate teams and phone numbers—what would be the best approach? I’m also a long-time loyal Sumo-ling Plus member and have purchased many deals through AppSumo.
Would it be better to purchase the highest-tier plan and manage different phone numbers under one company email account? Or should I purchase the highest-tier plan separately for each of my businesses, using distinct email accounts for each?
Thank you for your guidance!

Each "Team" on Thoughtly should be mapped to one business. On the Business Verification page, you'll fill out information for one business at a time, then create another "Team" and provide that company's information.

Since an AppSumo deal is only applied to one team at a time, this would be the best way to go about it *if* you want to separate everything on Thoughtly. You don't have to at all, especially if the businesses are very closely related, but it's up to you!
If you go this route, you can "invite" yourself to each team, that way you can login with one email going forward. That could make things easier 👍
