Q: Limits could be better
I am testing with two tiers. First, your onboarding process has some issues; I had to complete it twice because it wouldn't let me past the onboarding screen.
I believe you could improve the limits. The setup alone can consume a significant amount of credits, and testing calls are also deducted from credits, which seems unfair. You are offering 500 credits for free account holders (we are not receiving any free credits on top of the subscription), yet paid users are not receiving enough points in comparison.
I think you should offer a free phone number to Sumo users and provide more credits, especially since we are committing to a non-refundable deal. The risk should be well worth it.

Phone numbers are 500 credits per month, so the current amount of credits can certainly make that a free option!
As much as we'd all love to expand our offering, the truth is– telephony (i.e. making calls) is pretty expensive as-is. Now add on AI, it only gets more so. Hopefully this makes sense 🙂
