and customer service is horrible. I've few questions before I buy. We sell ~1500-2000 tickets / year.
1. Recurring Event Question: Event 'A' is a 2-Day event from 09:00 to 17:00 on both days. Each event has capacity of 20 max tickets. There are 3 types of tickets (Total between the 3 types of tickets, we can 20 tickets for an event)
We do about 100 Event 'A' in a year. (two events per week).
Here's the Schedule of Event A:
Event A1: Dec 3-4
Event A2: Dec 5-6
Event A3: Dec 10-11
Event A4: Dec 12-13
Event A5: Dec 16-17
Event A6: Dec 19-20
Event A7: Dec 22-23
Event A8: Dec 29-30
Can all of this be published with just one TicketTailor Event ?
Unfortunately Eventbrite (We currently use) does not have 2-day recurring events.
2- Do you've abandoned cart emails for those who started buying the ticket but didn't complete the checkout ?
3- Can we retarget the customers who visited the event page ?
4- Upsells: Do you offer Upsell / OTO like Clickfunnels ?
5- What's the Roadmap of new / upcoming features ?
6- How's the customer service, if I've questions need support?
7- Will the customer buy tickets on my website (ticket tailor embedded within my website) or is it on your website ?
8- Is CName included ?

1: Yes, you can do this. When you add occurrences, select "Add single occurrence" and this will let you add as many 2-day events as you like. These will then appear under the same overall event, with a calender view.
2+3: Unfortunately we don't offer this atm. But I'll ensure they are logged in our roadmap.
4: Yes, we have an "add-ons" module for upselling in the checkout
